Our standard approval process typically takes 48-72 hours. Once your application is approved, you can proceed to sign your lease paperwork, pay move-in fees/rent, and set up utilities in your name. The Bend is scheduled to open it's first building in March. Once these steps above are completed and the unit you have chosen is available, you can begin moving in.
